الاستخدام المتكامل لمواصفة (iso 14001) في المؤسسة الاقتصادية كمدخل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة- تجارب لبعض المؤسسات المطبقة لمواصفة (iso 14001)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية الإدارة البيئية عموماً ومواصفة الايزو 14001 خصوصاً في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة التي تعتبر من أسمى الأهداف التي تسعى الحكومات إلى تحقيقها، حيث نجد أنه من طرق تحقيق هذا الهدف هو توجيه المؤسسات الاقتصادية لتطبيق أنظمة الإدارة البيئية والحصول على شهادة مواصفة الايزو 14001 كونها تمكنهم من تحديد الأنشطة البيئية التي تعظم القيمة ومن تقييم فاعلية الإجراءات الخاصة بوضع السياسات والأهداف البيئية والقدرة على التوافق معها، ومن ثم الحفاظ على حد ثابت من الموارد على اختلاف أنواعها، ما يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. This research paper aims to highlight the impotance of generally the environmental management and the ISO 14001 certificate specifaically, in the achievement of the sustainable development, which is considered one of the highest objectives that governments want to reach. One of the methods to achieve such objective is the orientation of the economic enterprises to apply the environmental management systems and to gain the ISO14001 certificate, since it enables them to determine their environmental activities that maximize value and to evaluate the efficacy of the procedures of making environmental policies and objectives and having the ability to cope with it; thus maintaining a constant limit of all kinds of resources, what contributes to achieving the sustainable development.
