تجربة الإصلاح عند أبي بكر الطرطوشي ت 526هـ /1130م من خلال مؤلفاته

Résumé: يعالج المقال موضوع الإصلاح في ظل الوضع العام المتردي الذي شهده الغرب الإسلامي، فقد نشأت في القرن الخامس للهجرة تجربة إصلاحية فريدة على يد عصبة من الفقهاء والعلماء والمفكرين ، الذين أسهموا فكريا وسياسيا في إحياء رسوم الشريعة ، و ذلك من خلال التأريخ للنهضة العلمية و الفكرية نهاية ملوك الطوائف و بداية العصر المرابطي. كما يبحث شخصية أبو بكر الطرطوشي هذا المفكر الأندلسي الذي ظهر في مجتمع جمع بين الترف المادي و العلم، وقد اتخذ من أوضاع وطنه و عصره وأحداثه السياسية مادة خصبة لفكره ونظرياته السياسية والاجتماعية. لذلك يحاول المقال تبيين نظرة هذا المفكر الفقيه و السياسي إلى الإصلاح من خلال كتاباته فكان عنوان البحث هو : " تجربة الإصلاح عند أبي بكر الطرطوشي ت 526هـ /1130 م من خلال مؤلفاته". This article attempts to monitor the issue of reform in light of the deteriorating situation in the Islamic West. A unique reform experiment was created in the fifth century by a group of jurists, scholars and thinkers who contributed intellectually and politically to the revival of Shari'a fees through the history of intellectual and intellectual renaissance The end of the kings of the sects and the beginning of the Almoravid era.
