Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل فعالية المقاولة المنزلية في تعزيز دور المرأة الريفية في التنمية الاقتصادية، وتوضيح متطلبات ذلك، من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم المقاولة المنزلية وأهميتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والإنسانية، ومساهمتها في التنمية المحلية، ثم إلى مفهوم التنمية المحلية والريفية ومتطلباتها، وفي الأخير إلى مساهمة المقاولة المنزلية في تعزيز دور المرأة الريفية في التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال توفير لها مناصب الشغل التي تتلاءم مع الخصوصيات الثقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والجغرافية للبيئة الريفية، حيث تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تؤكد على الدور الفعال لهذه المقاولة في تحقيق الاندماج الأمثل للمرأة الريفية في النشاط الاقتصادي والتنمية بمختلف أنواعها Abstract: We aim through this study to analyze the effectiveness of the home-based enterprise in enhancing the role of rural women in economic development, and clarify the requirements for that, by examining the concept of home-based enterprise and its economic, social and humanitarian importance, and its contribution to local development, then to the concept of local and rural development and its requirements, and in the latter To the contribution of the home business in enhancing the role of rural women in economic development by providing them with jobs that are compatible with the cultural, social, economic and geographical specificities of the rural environment, where a set of results has been reached That emphasizes the effective role of this enterprise in achieving the optimal integration of rural women in economic activity and development of all kinds.
