Résumé: يتناول هذا الموضوع مدى حضور مذكرات وفهارس العلماء في التعريف بالحياة الثقافية بمختلف تجلياتها في المغرب الأوسط، خاصة أن الثعالبي احتل مكانة هامة ضمن العلماء الذين نبغوا في علوم عصره، بفعالياته المشهودة في تسيير مقاليد التوجيه الثقافي والديني في بلده، حتى أصبح مثالا داخل المغرب الأوسط وخارجه، متناولين ملامح من القضايا الثقافية للمغرب الأوسط والمبثوثة في ثنايا مذكراته، معرجين في الأخير على إمكانات وحدود توظيف هذه المصادر في الكتابة تاريخية حول المنطقة . This topic deals with the extent of the presence of memoranda and indexes of scientists in the definition of cultural life in various manifestations in the Middle Morocco, especially that Thaalbi occupies an important position among the scientists who have been devoted in the science of his time, his activities are known in the conduct of cultural and religious guidance in his country, , Reaching out to the cultural issues of the Middle East and disseminated in the annals of his memoirs, finally citing the potential and limitations of employing these sources in historical writing about the region.
