الممارسة الإعلامية للصحف الالكترونية في الجزائر في ظل أخلاقيات مهنة الاعلام

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة تهدف دراستنا إلي معرفة واقع وأفاق أخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية للصحافة الإلكترونية بالجزائر من منظور أساتذة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة المدية، وهذا من خلال معرفة كيفية الممارسة الإعلامية للصحافة الالكترونية ثم محاولة التعرف عن بعض التجاوزات في الممارسة الإعلامية والكشف عن مدى التزام الممارسين الاعلاميين بأخلاقيات مهنة الإعلام خصيصا في الصحافة الالكترونية، وكذا تسليط الضوء على أهم التشريعات وقوانين الضابطة لأخلاقيات مهنة الاعلام في الصحافة الالكترونية، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف قمنا بالاعتماد في دراستنا على المنهج المسحي من خلال توزيع استمارة استبيانيه على عينة من أساتذة الإعلام والاتصال لرصد أرائهم وتقيمهم للموضوع . تبين من نتائج الدراسة أن الممارسة الاعلامية في الصحافة الالكترونية في الجزائر في ظل أخلاقيات مهنة الإعلام ينقصها تأطير قانوني واسع ودقيق يشمل كل الجوانب التي تضمن حقوق الصحفيين والتزاماتهم لتمكنوا من ممارسة إعلامية شفافة. Abstract : Our study aims to know the reality and prospects of the ethics of the media practice of electronic journalism in Algeria from the perspective of professors of the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Medea. This is through knowing how the media practices electronic journalism and then trying to identify some violations in media practice and revealing the extent of media practitioners’ commitment to the ethics of the media profession in particular. In electronic journalism, as well as highlighting the most important legislation and laws governing the ethics of the media profession in electronic journalism. To achieve these goals, we relied in our study on the survey method. By distributing a questionnaire to a sample of media and communication professors to monitor their opinions and evaluation of the subject, the results of the study showed that media practice in electronic journalism in Algeria, in light of the ethics of the media profession, lacks a broad and precise legal framework that includes all aspects that guarantee the rights and obligations of journalists to enable them to practice transparent media.
