Résumé: مما لا شك فيه أن عمل الصحفيين أثناء الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة محمي حسب القوانين الدولية، وفي هذا المقال سنتعرض لمجموعة من الجوانب المختلفة لهذا الموضوع، من خلال التطرق لمشروعية العمل الصحفي أثناء الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة، ثم الوضعية القانونية للصحفيين في تغطية الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة، إضافة إلى الانتهاكات المرتكبة بحق الصحفيين أثناء الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة، وموضوع شهادة الصحفيين أمام المحاكم في قضايا جرائم الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة، وأخيرا أهم المنظمات واللجان الدولية المعنية بحماية الصحفيين أثناء الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة. There is no doubt that the work of journalists during wars and armed conflicts is protected according to international laws, and in this article we will be exposed to a set of different aspects of this topic, by examining the legitimacy of journalistic work during wars and armed conflicts, then the legal status of journalists in covering wars and armed conflicts, in addition to Violations against journalists during wars and armed conflicts, the subject of journalists ’testimony before the courts in cases of war crimes and armed conflicts, and finally the most important international organizations and committees concerned with the protection of journalists during wars and armed conflicts.
