أبعاد التّخطيطِ اللّغوي لدى الدّكتور عبد الجليل مرتاض.

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أحد أبرز أعلام الجزائر؛ ألا وهو الأستاذ الباحث عبد الجليل مرتاض هذه الشخصيّة التي عُرِفت بتميّزها وإبداعها في ساحة البحث اللّغوي من خلال جملة من الإسهامات القيّمة والمؤلّفات الرّائقة التي ابتغى صاحبها من ورائها النّهوض بلغة القرآن، مرتكزاً على مجموعة من النّظريات والوسائل التي تكفل حسن اكتساب اللّغة وإكسابها، والمحافظة عليها، ومن هنا نطرح الإشكالية الآتية: فيما تمثّلت آفاق التّخطيط اللّغوي عند الباحث عبد الجليل مرتاض؟ لنتوصّل إلى استخلاص عدّة نتائج أهمّها ارتكاز أعماله على تنمية اللّغة العربيّة وتفعيل التّخطيط اللّغوي السّليم من دون إغفال إقحام تكنولوجيا العصر المتطوّرة في خدمة اللّغة وفروعها، ما أفضى لإتاحة العديد من الإبداعات العلميّة بين أيدي الباحثين والطّلبة، من أجل أن تحظى اللّغة العربيّة بالمكانة التي كانت عليها من قبل في العصور المزدهرة. Abstract: This research aims to reveal one of the most prominent flags of Algeria; the researcher Professor Abdel-Jalil Mortad, this personality who was known for his distinction and creativity in the field of linguistic research through a number of valuable contributions and excellent works that he sought to promote the language of the Qur’an, based on a set of theories and means that ensure the good acquisition of the language and its acquisition and preservation . From Here we raise the following problem: What are the horizons of linguistic planning for the researcher Abdel-Jalil Mortad? In order to reach several conclusions, the most important of which is the reliance of his work on the development of the Arabic language and the activation of sound linguistic planning without neglecting the involvement of the advanced technology.
