النشاط الجمعوى لجمعية نور اليتيم ودورها في الحد من البطالة بولاية تمنراست The Activity Of Nour Eliateem Association And Its Role In Reducing Unemployment In Tamanrasset Province
Résumé: تتلخص هذه المداخلة حول النشاط الجمعوى لجمعية نور اليتم بتمنراست من خلال الوقوف على اليات العمل الميداني للجمعية في مختلف المجالات بالإضافة إلى التعريف بأنواع المداخيل التي تتحصل عليها الجمعية وطرق انفاقها مع التطرق إلى الموارد البشرية المكونة لجمعية نور اليتيم. اما الدراسة الحالية لجمعية نور اليتم بتمنراست فهي دراسة سوسيو اقتصادية تتعلق بنشاط جمعية نور اليتيم في الحد من البطالة للفئات المنضوية تحت إشرافها من الارامل، وكيف استحدثت الية حديثة بعيدة عن النمط التقليدي لعمل الجمعيات الى نمط مؤسساتي حديث، يسهم في تنمية الجانب الاقتصادي وذلك بالتعاون مع مؤسسات دعم وتشغيل الشباب، بإقامة مشاريع مؤسساتية صغيرة ومتوسطة لفائدة الارامل بضمان التوجيه والمرافقة والدعم من طرف جمعية نور اليتيم في مشاريعهن للخروج من دائرة المستهلك الى دائرة الإنتاج ،وذلك بإبراز نماذج للأرامل نجحنا في الحصول على مناصب عمل تكفيهن مذلة السؤال والاحتياج إلى الكفاية وخلق فرص عمل جديدة. Abstract This study is about nour eliateem association social activity by examing the mechanisms of its work in various fields. in addition to that we will mention of types of income ways of spending, its human resources. now we presenting a socioeconomic study in terms of association activity in reducing and mitigating the unemployment for the widows as au example and how we can develope new mechanisms wich are completely differnt from traditional style lets call it institlunal style wich can contribule to developement of the economic side in cooperation with youth support and employment institutions such asThe establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises for of widows with the guidance, accompanying and support offered by nour eliateem In order to make them of the producers insteead of being consumers. Through this study we will show examples of widows who have got rid of unemployment by getting jobs and creating them others as well
