Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور البنوك في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية، وذلك في ظل أزمة كوفيد-19 التي شهدها العالم وأثرت بشكل كبير على الاقتصاد العالمي, فقد أظهرت الأزمة الصحية الحاجة الملحة لتمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية التي تسهم في تحفيز النمو الاقتصادي وتوفير فرص العمل، وذلك للتغلب على تداعيات البطالة وتعزيز استقرار الأسواق المالية, و كدا معرفة الإجراءات المتبعة من طرف البنك عند منحه التمويل الذي بموجبه تتحقق أهداف المنشات من أرباح و استمرارية, كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات، حيث تم الاعتماد على الأدبيات النظرية والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع. من خلال هذا المنهج، تم الحصول على بيانات ثانوية تشكلت الإطار النظري للدراسة, أما بالنسبة للإطار التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على دراسة ملف لمشروع استثماري بالإضافة على جمع الإحصائيات و تحليلها , ومن خلال الدراسةالتطبيقيةالتيقمنا بهافيوكالةبنكالقرضالشعبيالجزائري CPAبمغنية، تبين أن القروض تلعب دورًا كبيرًا في تعزيز الاستثمارات التي تمولها البنوك, فهي تقوم بدراسة تحليلية دقيقة تسمح بتقييم وتشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسات المستفيدة من القروض، والتنبؤ بها مستقبلاوهذا يضمن نجاح المشاريع واختصار الوقت. Summary: The aim of thisstudy is to shed light on the role of banks in financinginvestment projects, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 crisis that has significantly impacted the global economy , The health crisis has highlighted the urgent need for financing investment projects, as they contribute to stimulating economic growth and providing employment opportunities, thereby overcoming the repercussions of unemployment and enhancing the stability of financial markets, Additionally, the study aims to understand the procedures followed by banks when granting financing, which enables businesses to achieve profitability and sustainability. The descriptive-analytical method was employed to collect data, relying on theoretical literature and previous studies related to the subject, Through this method, secondary data were obtained, forming the theoretical framework of the study, As for the practical framework, it relied on a case study of an investment project, in addition to collecting and analyzing statistics, The applied study conducted at the Algerian Popular Credit Bank agency in Maghnia revealed that loans play a significant role in enhancing bank-financed investments. Banks conduct detailed analytical studies that allow for evaluating and diagnosing the financial situation of borrowing institutions and predicting their future prospects, This ensures the success of projects and shortens the time required for their implementation.
