الإنعكاسات المحتملة لاستراتيجية تبني الحوكمة في القطاع المصرفي على النمو الاقتصادي
Résumé: تركز هذه الورقة البحثية على ضرورة اعتماد مبادئ الحوكمة في القطاع المصرفي لضمان أمنه وسلامته وتحقيق الكفاءة في الأداء وإدارة المخاطر بما يكفل تعزيز دوره في خدمة الاقتصاد الوطني. وفي هذا الإطار، تم عرض مفهوم وعناصر نظام الحوكمة المصرفية والأطراف المشاركة الداخليين والخارجيين. كما تم التطرق إلى مبررات وأهمية تطبيق نظام الحوكمة في البنوك والتي يتمثل في: تعزيز الدور التمويلي للقطاع المصرفي وتحقيق استقراره المالي؛ زيادة فاعلية السياسة الاقراضية؛ زيادة فاعلية إدارة المخاطر؛ وتعزيز الأداء المالي. This paper focuses on the need to adopt the principles of governance in the banking sector to ensure its security and integrity and to achieve efficiency in performance and risk management in order to enhance its role in serving the national economy. In this context, the concept and elements of the banking governance system and the internal and external participants were presented. The rationale and importance of applying the banking system of banking were also discussed: enhancing the financing role of the banking sector and achieving its financial stability; increasing the effectiveness of the lending policy; increasing the effectiveness of risk management; and enhancing financial performance.
