Résumé: نهدف من خلال دراستنا إلى إبراز دور الرعاية الرياضية في ترسيخ ثقافة المؤسسة من وجهة نظر زبائن شركة كوندور ، حيث قام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قدرت ب 40 زبونا بالوكالة التجارية للهواتف النقالة شركة كوندور لولاية برج بوعريريج ، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استخدام استمارة الاستبيان ، وأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها مايلي:- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية α≤0.05 لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول دور الرعاية الرياضية في ترسيخ ثقافة المؤسسة تعزى لمتغري الجنس - تساهم الرعاية الرياضية في تقديم المساعدات المادية للأندية الرياضية من وجهة نظر زبائن شركة كوندور بدرجة كبيرة. Abstract: We aim through our study to highlight the role of sports care in consolidating the culture of the institution from the viewpoint of the customers of Condor Company, where the two researchers used the descriptive approach on a simple random sample estimated at 40 customers in the commercial agency for mobile phones, the Condor Company for the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, and the study tool was to use a form The questionnaire, and the most important findings are the following: - There are no statistically significant differences, α≤0.05, for the responses of the sample members about the role of sports care in consolidating the culture of the institution due to the variables of gender, age - Sports sponsorship contributes to the provision of financial aid to sports clubs from the viewpoint of Condor's customers to a large extent.
