التوجه المقاولاتي لمخابر البحث الجامعية ودورها في إنشاء مشاريع مبتكرة (دراسة ميدانية على مخابر البحث بجامعة باتنة)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى وجود توجه مقاولاتي لدى مخابر البحث الجامعية، من خلال تحديد أهم المعوقات والمحفزات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة المؤثرة في إنشاء مشاريع مبتكرة. واعتمدت الدراسة متغيرات مفسرة كمحركات للتوجه المقاولاتي تشمل كل من: مدى توفر خصائص الريادة لدى الباحثين، فرص الشراكة بين مخابر البحث والقطاع الاقتصادي، فرص الشراكة بين مخابر البحث داخل الكليات وفيما بينها، وأخيرا فرص الدعم والمرافقة من الجهات الرسمية. يشمل مجتمع الدراسة سبع كليات وأربع معاهد بمجموع 60 مخبر في جامعة باتنة، وقد تم اختيار عينة لجمع البيانات الأولية لاختبار فرضية وجود أثر للتوجه المقاولاتي لمخابر البحث على إنشاء مشاريع مبتكرة. وللحصول على النتائج وزعنا استبيان على الباحثين بالجامعات. وبالتعرف على النتائج تم تقديم توصيات. The purpose of this study is to determine the presence of the entrepreneurial spirit in university research laboratories, identifying the most important obstacles and incentives related to study variables that influence the creation of innovative projects. Variables required by this study are taken as drivers of entrepreneurial orientation, include both: the qualities of entrepreneurship among researchers, opportunities for partnerships between research laboratories and the economic sector, the possibilities partnership between research laboratories in faculties and among them, and finally the chances of support and guidance of formal actors. In Batna seven faculties ,four institutes containing 60 laboratories. sample is to collect preliminary data to test the excistence of entrepreneurial orientation in research laboratories on the creation of innovative projects. to obtain results we gave questionnaires to laboratory researchers, we suggested some recommendations when results were known.
