أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين في تنمية سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال الشركة الجزائرية القطرية للصلب – جيجل-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار طبيعة أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين في تنمية سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال الشركة الجزائرية القطرية للصلب، حيث تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة البالغ عددهم 140 عامل بالمؤسسة والتي حددت بطريقة العينة العشوائية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه للالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين أثر إيجابي في تنمية سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال الشركة راجع لتأثير العمل والحياة الشخصية، كما توصلت الدراسة أنه ليس لباقي الأبعاد ( التوظيف، التدريب والتطوير، نظام الأجور والحوافز، الصحة والسلامة العامة ) أثر في تنمية سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العمال. Abstract: This study aimed to test the nature of the impact of social responsibility towards workers in developing the behavior of organizational citizenship among the workers of the Algerian Qatari Steel Company, where the questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect data from the sample members of 140 workers in the organization, which was determined by the random sampling method. the results of the study concluded that The commitment to social responsibility towards employees has a positive effect on developing the behavior of organizational citizenship among the workers of the company due to the impact of work and personal life, and the study also found that the other dimensions (employment, training and development, wage and incentives system, public health and safety) have no effect on the development of organizational citizenship behavior among workers.
