العنف الرقمي: نمط إجرامي حديث موجه ضد المرأة في زمن التكنولوجيا الحديثة

Résumé: ظهر العنف الرقمي ضد المرأة كمفهوم جديد في العصر الحديث، يتواكب ومستجدات التطور الحاصلة في البيئة الرقمية، اذ اتخذ في مفهومه التقليدي نمط مستحدث في البيئة الافتراضية بطابعيه المادي والمعنوي، وهذا من خلال توجيهه مختلف أنواع التهديدات والإساءة في عصر التكنولوجيا الحديثة. يشمل بهذا الوصف على سبيل المثال كل من التنمر والتحرش والمضايقة الجنسية والابتزاز الإلكتروني، وأكثر من ذلك انتهاك الخصوصية الرقمية للمرأة في مختلف محطات الفضاء الرقمي، الأمر الذي من خلال ستتم هذه الدراسة بهدف الوصول إلى فهم مدلول هذه الظاهرة وواقعها، وعليه وضع الحلول المناسبة لمواجهتها في عصر التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي، كتعزيز لحماية حقوق المرأة في البيئة الرقمية. Digital violence against women has emerged as a new concept in modern times, paralleling the developments occurring in the digital environment. It has adopted a new pattern in the virtual space, both materially and morally, by directing various forms of threats and abuse in the age of modern technology. This description includes, for example, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and cyber extortion, as well as violations of women’s digital privacy across different digital spaces. This study aims to understand the implications of this phenomenon and its reality, and to propose appropriate solutions to address it in the era of technology and digital transformation, thereby enhancing the protection of women’s rights in the digital environment
