المعاش النفسي لأمهات الأطفال المصابين بطيف التوحد -دراسة ميدانية على مجموعة من الأمهات-

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى وصف المعاش النفسي والتجربة الذاتية والاجتماعية المرتبطة بالإعاقة لأمهات أطفال المصابين بطيف التوحد وذلك باستخدام المنهج الكيفي القائم على تقنية سرد الحياة والمقابلة السردية. تمت الاستعانة بدليل مقابلة نصف موجهة وتطبيقها على مجموعة متكونة من ستة أمهات أطفال التوحد . وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: - حدوث مشاعر حزن وجرح نرجسي خلال الإعلان عن التشخيص - الشعور بالعجز وعدم الكفاءة الوالدية ومشاعر التعب - الشعور بالعزلة وغياب السند الاجتماعي والوصم الاجتماعي وعلى أساس هذه النتائج خرجت الدراسة بتوصيات مفادها ضرورة خلق فضاء استماع ومرافقة لهؤلاء الأمهات وضرورة التكوين الجيد للمختصين خاصة فيما يرتبط بالإعلان عن التشخيص. This research aims to describe the psychological and social experience of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) associated with disability, specifically using a qualitative methodology based on the life story technique and narrative interviews. A semi-structured interview guide was applied to a group of six mothers of children with autism. The following results were obtained: - Feelings of sadness and narcissistic injury following the diagnosis announcement - Feeling of helplessness, parental incompetence, and exhaustion - Feeling of isolation, lack of social support, and social stigma Based on these results, the study concluded with recommendations emphasizing the need to create a listening and support space for these mothers, and the importance of providing adequate training for professionals, especially regarding the announcement of the diagnosis
