Résumé: تواجه مؤسسات التعليم العالي منافسة شديدة وذلك بسبب الإبداعات والابتكارات المتنوعة، حيث أصبح رأس المال الفكري أحد أهم المتغيرات المعاصرة التي تساهم بشكل كبير في بقاء واستمرار المؤسسة، لذا يجب على المؤسسات أن تحقق ما يسمى بالميزة التنافسية وبالتالي الوصول إلى الأداء المتميز. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التسيير الإستراتيجي لرأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الأداء المتميز بمؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال عرض أهم التجارب الرائدة في هذا المجال ألا وهي تجربة جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. Higher education institutions face intense competition due to various innovations and innovations, as intellectual capital has become one of the most important contemporary variables that contribute greatly to the survival and continuation of the institution, so institutions must achieve what is called a competitive advantage and thus reach outstanding performance. This study aims to know the role of the strategic management of intellectual capital in achieving the distinguished performance of higher education institutions by presenting the most important pioneering experiences in this field, which is the experience of the United Arab Emirates University.
