El Papel Político De Los Ulemas Durante El Período De Los Dos Reyes De La Taifa De Sevilla : Al-mu‘taḍid Bnu ‘abbād Y Su Hijo Al-mu‘tamid (1042-1091/434-484h.) الدور السياسى للعلماء خلال فترة حكم ملكي طائفة إشبيلية :المعتضد بن عباد و ابنه المعتمد (1042-1091/434-484ه.)

Résumé: Resumen : Este artículo se ocupa de exponer el papel político de los ulemas durante la época más enrevesada y caótica de la historia de la presencia musulmana en la Península Ibérica durante el siglo XI, V de la hégira, que corresponde con el periodo conocido históricamante : los Reinos de Taifas o los Reyes de Taifas. Este estudio se enfoca en exhibir y aclarar el papel político y activo que desempeñó esta élite piadosa e intelectual, en especial, durante el reinado de los dos reyes de la taifa de Sevilla : Al-Mu‘taḍid ibn ‘Abbād y su hijo Al-Mu‘tamid. Citando unos de los eminentes alfaquíes que conoce la corte sevillana, mencionando, a la vez, su mayor empeño, su valentía y su espíritu crítico independiente, para contener el avance de la cruz en las tierras musulmanas, interpretados en su injerencia en los asuntos del poder de dicha taifa, a pesar de la política de opresión y tiranía, practicada contra ellos, principalmente, por parte del rey Al-Mu‘taḍid. Por lo tanto, aprovechar de la flexibilidad política de Al-Mu‘tamid, abriendo el camino, a la dominación almorávide de al-Ándalus. Abstract: This article will discuss the most turbulent and chaotic period of the eleventh century AD according to the fifth century AH from the date of the presence of Muslims in the Iberian Peninsula where it sheds light on the role of jurists or scholars and their direct intervention in political affairs, for those kingdoms, which were in decline and their effective role to save Islam in Andalusia. As this latter was torn into feuding small states, which was historically known as the kings of the sects or taifa kingdoms. This article focuses on the Seville sect, which was ruled by the worshipers at the time, and the political as well as, the effective role that played this elite in the period ruled by the king Al-Mu‘taḍid Ibn Ibad and his son Al-Mu‘tamid in order to curb the progress of Christians in Muslim countries and paving the way after that for the rule of the Almoravids in Andalusia citing the political work of some men belonging to this religious and educated elite from the Andalusians who knew the court of this sect, for they were clear exemples for the courage and independent critical spirit they took to their kings, despite the policy of oppression, tyranny and persecution practiced against them mainly from the king abbadi Al-Mu‘taḍid. ملخص باللغة العربية : في هذا المقال نحاول تسليط الضوء علي الفترة الأشد اضطرابا من حيث عدم الإستقرار الذي شهده القرن الحادي عشر للميلاد الموافق للقرن الخامس الهجري منذ تاريخ وجود المسلمين في.شبه الجزيرة الإيبيرية. حيث انه يلقي الضوء علي دور الفقهاء او العلماء و تدخلاتهم المباشرة في الشؤون السياسية لتلك المماليك الآهلة للإندثار و دورهم الفعال من اجل انقاد الإسلام في بلاد الأندلس، حيث أن هذه الاخيرة كانت ممزقة الي دويلات صغيرة متناحرة و التي عرفت تاريخيا بملوك الطوائف او مماليك الطوائف. يركز هذا المقال علي طائفة اشبيلية و التي كان يحكمها العباديون انذاك والدور السياسي و الفعال الذي لعبته هذه النخبة في فترة حكم الملك المعتضد بن عباد وابنه المعتمد من اجل كبح تقدم المسيحين في بلاد المسلمين و تمهيد الطريق بعدها لحكم المرابطين لبلاد الاندلس. مستشهدين علي ذلك بالعمل السياسي لبعض الرجال المنتمين لهذه النخبة المتدينة و المثقفة من الأندلسيين و الذي عرفه بلاط هذه الطائفة، حيث كانوا مثالا واضحا للشجاعة و الروح النقدية المستقلة التي أخذوها تجاه ملوكهم رغم سياسة القمع و الإستبداد الممارسة ضدهم خاصة من طرف الملك العبادي المعتضد.
