الوسائل العلمية الحديثة لجريمة تبييض الاموال في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: إن عجز الآليات التقليدية في كشف وإثبات جريمة تبييض الأموال نتيجة الطبيعة المستحدثة والمعقدة لهذه الجريمة، جعل المشرع الجزائري كغيره من التشريعات المحلية يسارع إلى تبني الآليات العلمية الحديثة في جريمة تبييض الأموال، وهي الآليات التي نقسم إلى آليات علمية حديثة ذات طابع إلكتروني من بينها المحررات الإلكترونية وعمليات تفتيش المنظومات المعلوماتية، وآليات علمية حديثة ذات طابع جنائي، تتمثل أبرزها في البصمة الوراثية، بصمات الأصابع، والبصمة الصوتية. وهي الآليات التي يهدف المشرع الجزائري من وراء تبنيها إلى اكتشاف جرائم تبييض الأموال وإثبات التهمة على الجناة، رغبة منه في الحدّ من هذه الجريمة التي تهدد الاقتصاد الوطني والأمن الاجتماعي باعتبارها جريمة تابعة لعديد الجرائم المنظمة، أو التقليل من هذه الجريمة على أقل تقدير. الكلمات المفتاحية: تبييض الأموال - الأساليب العلمية الحديثة - البصمة الوراثية - المحررات الإلكترونية - الإثبات الجنائي. Abstract: The inability of the traditional mechanisms to detect and prove the crime of money laundering as a result of the novel and complex nature of this crime, made the Algerian legislator, like other local legislation, rush to adopt modern scientific mechanisms in the crime of money laundering, and these mechanisms are divided into modern scientific mechanisms of an electronic nature, including electronic documents And inspections of information systems, and modern scientific mechanisms of a criminal nature, the most prominent of which are genetic fingerprints, fingerprints, and voiceprints. These are the mechanisms that the Algerian legislator aims to adopt by discovering money laundering crimes and proving the charges against the perpetrators, in his desire to reduce this crime that threatens the national economy and social security as a crime related to many organized crimes, or to reduce this crime at the very least.
