أثر الممارسات الاستراتيجية لإدارة الموارد البشرية على الأداء المؤسسي ـ دراسة حالة مؤسسة سيدار الحجار بولاية عنابة ـ

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الممارسات الاستراتيجية لإدارة الموارد البشرية على الأداء المؤسسي في مؤسسة سيدار الحجار بولاية عنابة، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية (spss v.25). حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الممارسات الاستراتيجية لإدارة الموارد البشرية متوسط، ومستوى الأداء المؤسسي كذلك متوسط، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للممارسات الاستراتيجية لإدارة الموارد البشرية على الأداء المؤسسي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وهو ما يتطلب من المؤسسات إعطاء المزيد من الاهتمام للموارد البشرية كمصدر لبلوغ مستويات أداء جيدة. This study aimed to identify the impact of the strategic practices of human resources management on institutional performance in the Sider El-Hadjar Foundation in the state of Annaba, by relying on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection and analysis using the statistical package (spss v.25). Where the study concluded that the level of strategic practices for human resource management is average, and the level of institutional performance is also average, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect of strategic practices for human resource management on the institutional performance of the institution under study, which requires institutions to give more attention to human resources as a source to achieve good performance levels.
