واقع المقاولة الخاصة في الجزائر ودورها في تحفيز المنافسة

Résumé: لقد أثبتت المؤسسات الاقتصادیة خاصة الصغیرة و المتوسطة منها دورها الفعال وأھمیتها الأساسیة في تنمیة الاقتصاد الوطني، وأكثر من ذلك أصبحت المؤسسات الصغیرة و المتوسطة الجزائریة تنافس المؤسسات الكبیرة والعمومیة الاقتصادیة، كما أكدت دورھا في تنشیط السوق و تعزیز القدرة التنافسیة و إلى جانب ذلك اكتسبت ھذه المؤسسات على المستوى الدولي و الأسواق الخارجیة سمعة ومكانة اقتصادیة. تعتبر التجربة الجزائریة في مجال المؤسسات الصغیرة و المتوسطة مثال و دراسة تستحق الدراسة فقد اكتسحت ھذه المؤسسات السوق و اكتسبت سمعة المتعامل الاقتصادي معترف لها بدورھا الذي ساعد بالنهوض الاقتصادي، و على ھذا الأساس فالاعتماد على المقاولة الخاصة و رد الاعتبار لها بعدما كانت مهمشة في النظام الاقتصادي الاشتراكي یعني الخروج من الاقتصاد المعتمد فيه على مصدر وحید للدخل و التصدیر وھو اقتصاد المحروقات إلى اقتصاد یعتمد على الصناعة و الابتكار و المبادرة الفردیة. Economic institutions, especially small and medium-sized ones, have proven their effective role and primary importance in the development of the national economy, and more than that, Algerian and small and medium-sized enterprises have become competitive with large and public economic institutions, as they have emphasized their role in stimulating the market and enhancing competitiveness, and besides that they have gained These institutions internationally and overseas markets have a reputation and economic standing. The Algerian experience in the field of small and medium enterprises is an example and a study worth studying. These institutions have overwhelmed the market and gained the reputation of the economic customer, which has recognized its role that helped the economic advancement. Socialism means leaving the economy in which it depends on a single source of income and export, which is the economy of fuels, to an economy that depends on industry, innovation and individual initiative.
