اتجاهات قطاع الصناعات التحويلية في الجزائر وأهميته في التنمية الاقتصادية للمدة (2000-2020)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى محاولة تحليل اتجاهات قطاع الصناعة التحويلية في الجزائر، ومعرفة الأهمية لهذا القطاع في الاقتصاد الوطني، باعتبار أن هذا القطاع أحد أهم القطاعات المعول عليها في اطار خطط التنويع الاقتصادي وايجاد مصادر بديلة للدخل، وذلك من خلال فهم المؤشرات المتعلقة بالقطاع الصناعي، وتحليل تنافسية الصناعة التحويلية عن طريق مؤشرات المقارنة الدولية. تشير نتائج التحليل إلى أن قطاع الصناعة التحويلية في الجزائر بالرغم من الاستراتيجية الجديدة المنتهجة إلا أنه لم يحقق القيمة المضافة في الاقتصاد، لعدم الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المتوفرة، فضلاً عن عدم توفر الظروف المؤسساتية الملائمة لعمل نهضة صناعية في الاقتصاد، والوصول إلى المستويات التنموية المطلوبة. This paper aims to try to analyse the trends of algeria's manufacturing sector and to identify the economic importance of this sector in the national economy as one of the most reliable sectors under economic diversification plans and to find alternative sources of development, By understanding indicators related to the industrial sector, as well as analyzing the sectoral competitiveness of manufacturing in Algeria through international comparison indicators, The results of the analysis indicate that despite the new strategy adopted, the industry sector has not achieved added value in the economy, due to the lack of institutional conditions for industrial renaissance in the economy and to reach the required development levels.
