مساهمة التجربة الأجنبية في تفعيل المقاولاتية الخضراء تحقيقا للتنمية المحلية المستدامة

Résumé: ملخص: هذه الدراسة تتناول عرض تجارب اجنبية ناجحة في تفعيل المقاولاتية الخضراء, من خلال دراسة نموذج الجامعة الخضراء في هولندا وبريطانيا ,اما النموذج الثاني فيتمثل في المؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء في المانيا ,فأظهرت الدراسة ان الجامعة لها دور كبير في زرع التوعية وترسيخ الفكر الإيجابي والاهتمام بكل ما يتعلق بالبيئة ,فالاستعمال الرشيد للموارد الطبيعية يعد من بين اهداف الجامعة الخضراء فهي تعمل على تحقيق الاستدامة في مختلف المجالات الأساسية كالطاقة ,و إدارة النفايات … وكذلك بالنسبة للمؤسسات الناشئة فهي جهة رئيسية في السوق لإظهار الابتكار المستدام وتفعيل المقاولاتية الخضراء ,على هذا الأساس سوف يتم الحديث عن مميزات المؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء ولما لا محاولة الجزائر تبني هذه التجارب الناجحة وتفعيلها على ارض الواقع. : Abstract This study, includes the successful foreign experiences in activating green entrepreneurship, by studying the green university model in the Netherlands and Britain, while the second model is the green startups in Germany .The study showed that the university has a major role in creating awareness ,establish positive thinking and paying attention to everything related to the environment ,so the rational use of natural resources is among the goals of the Green University, as it works to achieve sustainability in various basic areas such as energy, waste management... ,As well as for startups, they are an important companies in the market to show sustainable innovation and activate green entrepreneurship. On this basis, the advantages of green startups will be studied, and why not Algeria should try to adopt these successful experiences and activate them in reality key words: Foreign experience; activating; green entrepreneurship; sustainable local development; sustainable development
