Résumé: تشكل الإعاقة مفهوما لا يزال قيد التطور, فقد لعبت التربية الخاصة دورا بارزا في الاعتناء بهذه الفئة ، فالطفل المعاق ذهنيا يعاني قصورا يحول دون تواصله مع الناس العاديين، و هنا تكمن دور المؤسسة الخاصة التي تقدم الرعاية النفسية و التربوية و الاجتماعية عن طريق برامج مصممة خصيصا لهم , لذا نجد أن العديد من الآباء يسعون إلى دمج طفلهم المعاق ذهنيا في مؤسسة مختصة طامحين في أن تجعل المؤسسة منه شخصا مستقلا بذاته و مندمجا في المجتمع, هدفت دراستنا الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة اتجاهات الأولياء نحو نظام التكفل في المؤسسات المختصة و الفروق بينها حسب متغير الجنس و المستوى التعليمي و الاقتصادي.
