معوقات عمل المرأة المستفيدة من القرض المصغر دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المستفيدات من Angemبمدينة ورقلة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية المعنونة ب "معوقات عمل المرأة المستفيدة من القرض المصغر" إلى الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: ما هي معوقات عمل المرأة المستفيدة من القرض المصغر بمدينة ورقلة؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل تم طرح الفرضيات التالية:  قيمة القرض تعيق عمل المرأة المستفيدة من القرض المصغر بمدينة ورقلة.  تعيق الأسرة عمل المرأة المستفيدة من القرض المصغر بمدينة ورقلة. والإجابة على الفرضيات السابقة اعتمدنا على مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية والمتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي مستخدمين في ذلك أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الاستبيان والمقابلة بالإضافة إلى أساليب تحليل البيانات. وطبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 25 امرأة مستفيدة من القرض المصغر بمدينة ورقلة تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك معوقات تتعرض سير عمل المرأة المستفيدة من القرض المصغر، وأبرزها قيمة القرض نظر لقلتها أو صعوبة التعامل مع التكنولوجيا، إلا أن الأسرة كانت عامل مهم في قيام المرأة لمشروعها، إذ كانت الداعم لها سواء ماديا أو معنويا، مما دفعها لتحقيق الأرباح والرضي التام عن المداخيل رغم ما واجهته من عقبات فيما يخص قيمة القرض. الكلمات المفتاحية: معوقات-عمل المرأة – القرض المصغر-قيمة القرض المصغر-الأسرة. Study summary: The aim of the current study, entitled "the impediments to the work of women beneficiaries of micro-loan" in order to answer the main question: What are the obstacles to the work of women beneficiaries of micro-city of Ouargla loan? In addition, in order to answer this question we have put the following assumptions: value of the loan hinder the work of women beneficiaries of micro-city of Ouargla loan.? Family hinder the work of women beneficiaries of micro-city of Ouargla loan.? Moreover, the answer to the previous assumptions we adopted a set of procedures and methodology of the descriptive approach, using the data collection tools and supported by interview in addition to the data analysis methods. This study is applied to the sample is composed of 25 women beneficiaries of micro-loan in Ouargla they have been selected them on a purpose way. The results of this study that there are obstacles exposed the functioning of the women beneficiaries of micro-loan is the value of micro-loan and the difficulty of dealing with technology, but the family was an important factor in supporting a woman for her project, whether material or moral, prompting it to make a profit and full satisfaction income despite of facing obstacles in terms of value of the loan.
