Résumé: Abstract: Research in the design of psychological and educational tests constituted a major research field in psychological measurement and test design, where the honest research in describing behavior is based on the test of behavior in itself, and not on the basis of comparing the performance of the individual with the performance of other individuals, due to the weakness of this interpretation in describing the behavior and the current study It showed the scientific and methodological procedures for building valid measurement tools in the study of behavior . Building the tool in a systematic and objective manner contributed greatly to reducing measurement error and expressing behavior. Especially in achievement tests, where research in the field of evaluating and evaluating knowledge and competencies has witnessed a development in modern educational curricula, and building an achievement test is not concerned with retrieving knowledge, but rather by using it in multiple contexts. , It is an objective test tool that is far from measurement error . شكل البحث في تصميم الاختبارات النفسية والتربوية مجالا بحثيا كبيرا في القياس النفسي وتصميم الاختبارات، حيث البحث الصادق في وصف السلوك يكون على أساس محك السلوك في حد ذاته، وليس على أساس مقارنة أداء الفرد بأداء الافراد الاخرين، نظرا لضعف هذا التأويل في وصف السلوك والدراسة الحالية بينت الإجراءات العلمية والمنهجية لبناء أدوات القياس الصادقة في دراسة السلوك. بناء الأداة بطريقة منهجية وموضوعية ساهم بشكل كبير في التقليل من خطأ القياس والتعبير عن السلوك. خاصة في الاختبارات التحصيلية، حيث شهد البحث في مجال تقييم وتقويم المعارف والكفاءات تطورا في المناهج التعليمية الحديثة، وأضحى بناء الاختبار التحصيلي لا يعنى باسترجاع المعرفة، وإنما يعنى باستعمالها في سياقات متعددة، كما أن البحث العلمي ومقاربة الظواهر إجرائيا ينطلق من التحديد الإجرائي للسمة موضع القياس، ومن أداة الاختبار الموضوعية البعيدة عن خطأ القياس.
