Résumé: لخص: ) 150 كلمة) تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التطرق إلى الجانب المفاهيمي للإصلاح السياسي ، و ذلك من خلال استعراض أهم المفاهيم و التعريفات الواردة لمصطلح الإصلاح السياسي ، كما تركز الدراسة على المقاربة العربية كمدخل مفاهيمي من خلال استعراض نموذجين بارزين ،الأول و هو مدخل بناء الأمة لمحمد عبده ، أما الثاني فيمثل مدخل الشرط الحضاري لمالك بن نبي ، وهي بذلك تهدف إلى تبيان أهمية الطرح الثقافي في عملية الإصلاح السياسي و الذي يعتبر بدوره عاملا مهما وضروريا في أي مشروع يهدف إلى الإصلاح السياسي الناجح.
