Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الذي تتمحور اشكاليته حول مدى مساهمة الصكوك الإسلامية في تمويل الاقتصاد، إلى التعريف بالصكوك الإسلامية كأداة تمويلية وعرض واقعها في سوق الأوراق المالية الإسلامية الماليزية، وفي الأخير تبيان الدور الذي تلعبه هذه الصكوك في تمويل الاقتصاد الماليزي، وذلك من خلال عرض و تحليل التجربة الماليزية في الصكوك الإسلامية باعتبار ماليزيا قاطرة أسواق رأس المال الإسلامية و الهندسة المالية الإسلامية. The aim of this research is to examine the “Islamic Sukuk” as financial instrument and its contribution on the financing of the Malaysian economy. Its analyze the experiment of Islamic Malaysian market in this field, notably that Malaysia is considered as a major state in Islamic financial engineering. In order to achieve the present work, we fellow the analytical and descriptive approach by collecting and interpreting information related to this study.
