محددات تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Résumé: In line with the global trend of the topic of social responsibility, where the latter became part of the strategy of business organizations to interact with society and the surrounding environment, this study aimed to highlight the different motives of the commitment of the Algerian economic enterprises to the social responsibility of a sample of 52 Algerian economic enterprises. This study has adopted an analytical descriptive Method for its convenience. In addition, the questionnaire was the main tool for data collection. The study also applied the SPSS program to analyze the data and test hypotheses. The social responsibility of the enterprises was determined through five main dimensions: Concern for the local community, Protection of the environment, paying attention to workers, protection of owners and / or shareholders, as well as the social behavior with customers. The personal motives that distinguish the behavior of the managers, the internal motives stemming from the organizational behavior of enterprises, and external motives resulted from the behaviors of enterprises with its external environment, were also examined. The study found out the extent of awareness of the managers about the concept of social responsibility. It also identified a model to understand the social behavior of the enterprises, which englobes the various motives for the adoption of social responsibility by the Algerian economic enterprises.
