الضبط الاجتماعي الافتراضي وتحديات تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية في المجتمعات الافتراضية- دراسة ناتنوغرافية لعينة من مستخدمي موقع فيسبوك-

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة إحدى أهم العمليات الاجتماعية وهو الضبط الاجتماعي ودوره في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية، وقد حاولنا دراسة هذه الظاهرة في المجتمع الافتراضي عبر فيسبوك، بهدف إبراز مدى أهميته كعنصر أساسي في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية بين أفراد الجماعات الافتراضية، وضرورة ملحة لتثبيت عناصر البناء الاجتماعي لها، وضمان استمرارية وجودها خصوصا وأن أفراد الجماعات الافتراضية غير معروفين بذواتهم وأنهم مختلفون في ثقافاتهم. وتتمحور المشكلة البحثية في دراسة الكيفية التي يمارس بها أعضاء المجموعات الافتراضية عبر موقع فيسبوك الضبط الاجتماعي كآلية لتعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية الافتراضية. وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الناتنوغرافي الذي يعتبر منهجا جديدا في الدراسات الكيفية، يعنى بدراسة التفاعلات في المجتمعات الافتراضية عبر الفضاء الرقمي. وتوصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن أفراد عينة الدراسة يمارسون نوعين من الضبط الاجتماعي: ضبط اجتماعي جمعي وضبط اجتماعي ذاتي، من أجل تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية الافتراضية. وإذ نوصى بأهمية التنشئة الاجتماعية السليمة للأفراد للحفاظ على الروابط الاجتماعية. This study deals with one of the most important social processes, which is social control and its role in strengthening social relations. We have tried to study this phenomenon in the virtual community through Facebook, with the aim of highlighting its importance as an essential element in strengthening social relations between members of virtual groups, and an urgent need to install the elements of social construction for them. And ensuring the continuity of its existence, especially since the members of the virtual groups are not known for themselves and that they are different in their cultures. The research problem centers on the study of how members of virtual groups through Facebook practice social control as a mechanism to enhance virtual social relationships. We have relied on the nanographic method, which is a new method in qualitative studies, concerned with the study of interactions in virtual communities through the digital space. And we reached several results, the most important of which is that the study sample members practice two types of social control: collective social control and self-control, in order to enhance virtual social relationships. Recommending the importance of proper social upbringing of individuals to maintain social ties.
