تأثير فيروس كورونا على سلاسل الإمداد العالمية (أزمة – حلول – آفاق)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على قوة تأثير فيروس كورونا على سلاسل الإمداد العالمية. توصلت إلى أن جائحة كورونا هي أقوى أزمة ضربت سلاسل الإمداد العالمية، بحيث كشفت عيوبها بعدما كانت مصدر للميزة التنافسية، وأنه كلما زاد طول السلسة كلما زاد ضُعفها في مواجهة الأزمات. كما توصلت إلى أنه قوة الأزمة تكمن في بداية انتشارها في الصين وهي مصنع العالم أي المورد الرئيسي لمختلف الصناعات والشركات العالمية من خلال المشاركة في جميع سلاسل الإمداد العالمية. وأخيرا أوصت بضرورة أخد الشركات لدروس من هذه الأزمة باستثمارها في رسم خرائط شبكات التوريد الخاصة بها حتى لا تضطر إلى العمل بشكل أعمى عند وقوع الأزمة التالية. The study aims to highlight the impact of the Corona virus on global supply chains. The study concluded that the pandemic of Corona virus is the strongest crisis that hit the GSC, so that the defects of these chains were revealed after they were a source of competitive advantage, and that the longer the supply chain, the more vulnerable it is to the crises. It also found that the strength of the crisis lies at the beginning of its spread in China, the world’s factory, the major supplier of various industries by participating in all GSC. The study recently recommended that companies should take lessons from this crisis and make investments in mapping their supply networks so that they do not have to work blindly when the next crisis occurs.
