Gestion Des Agro-systèmes Oasiens: Diagnostic Et Actions D'intervention (cas De L'oasis De Hassi Ben Abdallah-ouargla, Algérie)
Résumé: The current study aims to know the real dimension of the agricultural activities problems faced in the zone of Hassi Ben Abdellah, to attempt to respond to the request of local authorities, and to propose an appropriate intervention program presenting solutions and principles of adequate ecosystems management within this zone. Besides, it also tests the rapid diagnosis method to the oasis area. The diagnosis allowed identifying three major constraints: water irrigation management, perimeters and cultivation planning, and farmer’s wages shortcomings. Thematic studies enabled to highlight the causes and consequences of theses aforementioned constraints, and to, finally, propose a plan of actions and recommendations for a better ecosystems management in the study zone.
