تجربة كوريا الجنوبية في تطوير حاضنات الأعمال

Résumé: ملخص: عبر كل أجزائها هدفت هذه الدراسة لتعرف على حاضنات الأعمال والدور الذي تلعبه في التنمية الاقتصادية عبر دعمها ومساعدتها لأصحاب وحملة المشاريع في تجسيد أفكارهم ومشاريعهم في شكل مؤسسات، وذلك من خلال مجموعة متكاملة من الخدمات سواء كانت إدارية، فنية، مالية، تسويقية وغيرها، وتم اختيار تجربة كوريا الجنوبية لدراسة واقع حاضنات الأعمال ودورها في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة والصغيرة والمتوسطة. ومن خلال استعراض مجموعة من البيانات والإحصائيات تم التوصل إلى أن كوريا الجنوبية ومنذ سنوات التسعينات نجحت في تطوير منظومة حاضنات الأعمال واستغلالها في مرافقة ودعم النظام البيئي للمؤسسات الناشئة خاصة، وجاء هذا التطور نتيجة لجهود مشتركة بين القطاع العام والخاص، كما أن الجامعات لعبت الدور الأبرز في هذه العملية. Abstract: This study, in all its parts, aimed to explore the world of business incubators and the crucial role they play in driving economic growth. These incubators provide a wide range of integrated services, including administrative, technical, financial, and marketing support, to help entrepreneurs and project owners turn their ideas into successful companies. To examine the reality of business incubators and their impact on startups and small to medium-sized enterprises, the researchers chose to focus on the case of South Korea. By analyzing a range of data and statistics, it has been discovered that South Korea has achieved remarkable success in building and leveraging a business incubation system to support and nurture startup enterprises. This progress can be attributed to collaborative efforts between the public and private sectors, with universities playing a pivotal role in driving this transformative process.
