Résumé: This study aims at investigating the effect of temperature on the electrical conductivity and hardness of copper and copper-aluminum alloys. We used the sampling operations from copper and aluminum powder at different rates and we processed heat at 700-800-900 ° C1000 ° C inside the convection oven under pressure. To study the effect of temperature on the determination of the different crystalline phases and structures of a series of samples, we measured the electric conductivity from the ohm-meter device and then treated the X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction patterns showed a difference in characteristics and characteristics The phases and significant change in phases as shown in the copper-aluminum phase diagram and a large variation in grain size. By depending on the size of the granules and the Hall-Petch relationship, we were able to derive a relationship between the size of the granules and Hardness value. We found that the size of the granules decreases as we increase the temperature but at the same stage, but we found the difference in this finding at the rate of 18% aluminum for the presence in phase ɣ_2, and a significant decrease in the size of granules at the rate of 11% for presence in the thermodynamic balance .
