الآفات التي تهدد الحقول والأراضي الزراعية في حضارة العراق القديم في ضوء النصوص المسمارية

Résumé: يتحدث هذا المقال عن المشاكل التي كانت تواجه الأراضي الزراعية والمحاصيل الحقلية في حضارة بلاد الرافدين، فكما هو معروف أن العراقيين القدماء وعلى رأسهم الملوك كان لهم اهتمام كبير بالزراعة التي كانت مصدر معيشة أغلبية السكان وأساس اقتصاد البلد، ولأجل ذلك حرص الملوك على دعم هذا القطاع الاقتصادي الهام بتوفير وسائل الانتاج الزراعي من فلاحين وثروة حيوانية ومحاصيل متنوعة وتوسيع شبكة قنوات الري من أجل توسيع رقعة المساحات المزروعة والزيادة في الانتاج، ولكن رغم تلك الجهود والوسائل المسخرة للزراعة إلا أن هذا لم يمنع من وجود مشاكل كثيرة كانت تعرقل هذا القطاع والتي حددتها النصوص المسمارية في الفيضانات والطوفان والجفاف وغزوات الجراد فضلا عن مشكل ملوحة التربة، بالإضافة إلى الحملات العسكرية الأجنبية والصراعات الداخلية التي كانت تستهدف الأراضي الفلاحية ومصادر الري. This article discusses the problems that faced agricultural lands and field crops in the Mesopotamia civilization. it is known that the ancient Iraqis, especially kings, had a great interest in agriculture, and was the source of livelihood for the majority of the population and the basis of the country's economy. For this purpose, kings are keen to support this important economic sector by providing agricultural means of production for farmers, an abundant supply of animals, and diversified crops, as well as an expanded network of agricultural irrigation channels in order to expand the area of cultivated areas and increase production. However, despite these efforts and methods used for agriculture, this did not prevent many problems that were hindering this sector, which were identified in cuneiform texts by floods, deluge, droughts, locust invasions, as well as the problem of soil salinity. this is in addition to foreign military campaigns and internal conflicts that targeted agricultural lands and irrigation sources.
