تطبيقات المحاسبة الإدارية الاستراتيجية لتحقيق ريادة التكلفة والسوق في ظل بيئة التصنيع الحديثة – دراسة حالة شركة تويوتا للفترة (2010-2020)-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تطبيقات أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية الاستراتيجية ومدى مساهمتها في تخفيض تكلفة التصنيع وتمكين الشركات الصناعية الكبرى من تحقيق الريادة في السوق العالمي في ظل بيئة التصنيع الحديثة التي تتميز بالمنافسة الشديدة والقوية، ونظرا لطبيعة الدراسة فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، المنهج التحليلي لتحليل مختلف البيانات المتعلقة بشركة تويوتا التي تبنت أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية الاستراتيجية وطورتها من خلال نظام الإنتاج ((TPS، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا النظام قد أثبت نجاعته وفعاليته في تمكين الشركة من اكتساب مكانة دولية لصانعي السيارات من خلال خلق القيمة في كامل سلسلة التوريد بأقل التكاليف مع تحقيق هامش ربح معتبر من خلال تجسيد عمليات التصنيع الخالية من الهدر. TThis study aimed to shed light on the applications of strategic management accounting methods and the extent of their contribution to reducing the cost on manufacturing and enabling major industrial companies to achieve leadership in the global market in light of the new manufacturing environment characterized by high competition and strength. Depending on the nature of the study, we used the descriptive approach, the analytic approach, to analyzing the various data related to Toyota, which adopted and developed strategic management accounting methods through the production system (TPS), The study concluded that this system has proven its efficacy and effectiveness in enabling the company to gain an international position for car manufacturers by creating value in the entire supply chain at the lowest costs, with significant profit margin achieves by incarnation lean manufacturing processes.
