المقاولاتية: المفهوم، واقعها، الآليات والقرارات المتخذة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية.

Résumé: هذا المقال يهدف إلى التعريف وتشريح مفهوم المقاولاتية والمقاول، وواقع المقاولاتية في الجزائر من خلال المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والآليات التي وضعتها الدولة الجزائرية لتنمية المقاولة من خلال العديد من الوكالات مثل (الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار، الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر، الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب، الصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة)، وكذا القرارات المتخذة من طرفها لتنمية ثقافة المقاولاتية والقضاء على البطالة. Abstract: This article aims to define and illustrate the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, the reality of entrepreneurship in Algeria through small and medium-sized enterprises, and the mechanisms put in place by the Algerian State for the development of companies through many agencies such as (the National Agency for Investment Development, the National Agency for Micro-Credit Management, the National Agency for Youth Employment Support, The National Insurance Fund unemployment). As well as the decisions taken by the state to develop an entrepreneurial culture and eliminate unemployment.
