النمو المعجمي للطفل الحامل لمتلازمة داون - مقاربة نفسية عصبية معرفية -
Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعرف على نمو المعجم لدى الطفل الحامل لمتلازمة داون بمقاربة نفسية عصبية معرفيّة ، وقد اعتمدنا في طرحنا لهذه المقاربة على إعادة صياغة الروابط بين النمو المعجمي والذاكرة، والجهاز العصبي ،حسب ما جاءت به الأبحاث و قد توصلنا إلى أنّه في حالة التّثلث الصبغي يحدث خلل في تكاثر الخلايا الأم العصبيّة، واضطراب نمائي عصبي TROUBLE NEURODEVELOPMENTAL الذي يعتبر من المحدّدات الرئيسية للعيوب المعرفيّة والتعلم، كما أن هناك خلل وظيفي محدد في نظام الحصين SPECIFIC HIPPOCOMPAL DYSFONCTION و كذا الفص الجبهي، و بالتالي مشاكل في مجالات الذاكرة و اضطرابات في الذاكرة اللفظية قصيرة المدى التي ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بجوانب تطور لغتهم. Summary: This article aims to recognize the lexical growth of a child who is pregnant with Down syndrome using a psycho-neurocognitive approach, and in our proposal for this approach we have relied on reformulating the links between lexical growth, memory, and the nervous system, according to what the research reported, and we have concluded that in the case of trisomy there is an imbalance in the reproduction of the neurological mother cells, and a neurodevelopmental disorder which is considered one of the main determinants of cognitive and learning defects, there is also a specific dysfunction in the hippocampal system as well as the frontal lobe, and consequently problems in memory areas and disturbances in verbal short-term memory are closely related to aspects of their language development.
