الجزائر 22 فيفري: نقطة تحول أم تغيير مسار

Résumé: ملخص: أصبحت الحركات الاحتجاجية ظاهرة متجذرة في تفافة المجتمع، ويظهر ذلك من خلال تراكم التجارب والممارسات، والجزائر من بين الدول التي شهدت نقلة نوعية على مستوى الوعي الجماعي وهذا منذ 22 فيفري 2019، إلى جانب القدرة على التغيير التي أصبح يتميز بها، وظهر جليا في كيفية تعبير أفراد المجتمع الجزائري عن اهتماماته ومشاغله سواء على مستوى الاجتماعي أو السياسي أو الاقتصادي، وكذا وجود الكم الإضافي من النضج التنظيمي والتعبوي الذي اكتسبه. وجاء اختيار "الحركات الاحتجاجية بالجزائر (حراك 22 فيفري) موضوعاً للدراسة، لتسليط الضوء ومحاولة الكشف عن العوامل الاجتماعية التي كانت دافعا للجوء إليها في المدن الجزائرية، ثمّ القراءة السوسيولوجية للخصوصية التي ميّزت حَراك الجزائر ضمن إطاره الزماني والمكاني. كما سمحت لنا هذه الورقة البحثية للوصول إلى مناقشة العلاقات التي يقيمها مُكوّني وصانعي الحراك مع كل أطياف المجتمع الجزائري، وكذا الدور المساهم في تغيير المسار وتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمجتمع. Abstract: Protest movements have become an established cultural phenomenon that is reflected in people’s accumulating experiences and practices. Accordingly, Algeria is one of the countries that witnessed a paradigm shift at the level of group awareness since February, 22nd, 2019. Notably, Algerians expressed their social, political, and economic concerns revealing their ability to change which has become a feature of their movement besides the organizational maturity and social mobilization. This study addresses protest movements in Algeria, i.e., Al Hirak of February 22nd as a research topic, in addition to revealing the social factors that had been driving its adoption in Algerian cities. Besides, the specificity that characterized Algeria’s movement within its space and time was determined. Furthermore, this paper opens new avenue to discuss the relations between Al Hirak-makers and all parts of Algerian society, and highlight Al Hirak changing course significance to achieve social and economic security.
