تأثير ضغوطات العمل على الكفاءة الذاتية دراسة ميدانية - الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير أجراء - ورقلة -الجزائر 2022
Résumé: This study aimed to identify the impact of work stress on self-efficacy and knowing the levels of stress by measuring it through its dimensions and linking the factors affecting in determining these levels such as personal variables; gender, job category, seniority and certificate. Where the study was applied on a random sample of 50 workers, and it consisted of employees of the National Social Security Fund for Non-employees (CASNOS). the study relied on the descriptive analytical method, which depends on data collection and its interpretation, and relied on the questionnaire as the study tool, where the statistical SPSS program was used to analyze the data, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the work stress of the workers of the National Social Security Fund is of a high level, and it was found that most of them have high efficiency because they are from the cadre category, and there is an effect of work stress dimensions on self-efficacy.
