استخدام برمجة الاهداف المبهمة في تحديد حجم الانتاج الامثل دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن التاج الذهبي

Résumé: This paper aims to highlight the important role that plays the fuzzy goal programming in determining the optimal production volume, where the Yaghoobi (2008) model was applied in the Golden Crown Company in order to develop a proposed plan for 2019 through which three main goals should be achieved that are maximizing the turnover, minimizing production costs, and achieving the expected demand. The research reached the optimum levels of production, and levels of satisfaction about achieving the goals of the company, through analyzing the results, we found that the proposed plan yielded better results than the actual plan of the company, as the percentage of the increase in the turnover reached 2.89% between the proposed and actual plan and this indicates that the method used is effective in achieving the underlined objectives of the company تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز الدور الهام الذي تلعبه البرمجة بالأهداف المبهمة في تحديد حجم الإنتاج الأمثل، حيث تم تطبيق نموذج Yaghoobi (2008) في مؤسسة التاج الذهبي وذلك من أجل وضع خطة مقترحة لسنة 2019 يتم من خلالها تحقيق ثلاث أهداف أساسية وهي تعظيم رقم الأعمال وتدنية تكاليف الإنتاج وتحقيق الطلب المتوقع، توصل البحث إلى مستويات الإنتاج المثلى، ومستويات الرضى حول تحقق اهداف المؤسسة، ومن خلال تحليل النتائج وجدنا أن الخطة المقترحة أعطت نتائج أفضل من الخطة الفعلية للمؤسسة، حيث بلغت نسبة الزيادة في رقم الأعمال إلى 2.89 % بين الخطة المقترحة والفعلية وهذا يدل على أن الأسلوب المستخدم فعال في تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة للمؤسسة
