تنسيق السياسات النقدية والمالية في منطقة الاتحاد النقدي الأوروبي: دراسة حالة أزمة الدين السيادي.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور تنسيق السياسات النقدية والمالية في معالجة أزمة الديون السيادية في منطقة الأورو،من خلال عينة تتكون من سبعة دول من المنطقة خلال الفترة (2000-2015) وهي دول جنوب أوروبا الأكثر تضررا (البرتغال؛ ايرلندا؛ إيطاليا؛ اليونان وإسبانيا )وتعرف اختصارا بدولPIIGIS وفرنسا وألمانيا باعتبارهما الدولتين القويتان في المنطقة باستخدام برنامج سمارت بلس3،وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تنسيق السياستين خصوصا في ظل تكتل اقتصادي، وإعادة النظر مستقبلا في مؤسسات وهيئات الاتحاد النقدي الأوروبي. كلمات مفتاحية: سياسة نقدية ؛سياسة مالية؛ منطقة الأورو ؛ديون سيادية؛ نمذجة بنائية. تصنيفاتJEL :E52، E62،G01،C01 Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the role of coordination of monetary and financial policies in addressing the sovereign debt crisis in the Euro area, through a sample of seven countries from the region during the period (2000-2015) the most affected southern European (Portugal; Ireland; Italy; Greece and Spain), with the exception of PIIGIS, France and Germany as the strongest countries in the region, using Smart PLS3, the study concluded that the two policies need to be coordinated especially in the context of an economic bloc and the future review of the institutions and bodies of the EMU.
