الآثــــــــــار التفاعلية للفساد والإنفاق الحكومي على النمــــــــو الاقتصادي -دلائل من دول شمال إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط-
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقيق في أثر الفساد على الإنفاق الحكومي، وتفسير الآثار التفاعلية لهذين الأخيرين على نمو نصيب الفرد من الناتج الداخلي الخام في دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا "دول المينا". أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير ايجابي لمؤشر مكافحة الفساد على كل من الإنفاق الحكومي، الاستثمار والنمو الاقتصادي في حالة دول المينا ذات الدخل العالي، بينما التأثير السلبي سجل في حالة دول المينا ذات الدخل المتوسط بما فيها الجزائر. This study aims to investigate the impact of corruption on government spending, and to explain the interaction effects of these two components on the growth rate of per capita GDP in MENA countries. The results showed a positive impact of the control of corruption index on government spending, investment and economic growth in the case of MENA high-income economies. While, the negative effect was recorded in the case of MENA low-income economies.
