Résumé: ملخص : يشكل تحديد الثمن أهمية خاصة في عقد الترخيص الدولي، و يعد من أصعب المسائل التي تعترض المتعاقدين خلال مرحلة التفاوض و النقطة الحاسمة التي يطول عليها النقاش، خاصة و أن هذه العقود تتميز بعدم التوازن بين مراكز المتعاقدين و اختلاف موقفهما التفاوضي بشأن تحديد قيمته، مما يثير إشكالا في غاية الأهمية من حيث تناسب الثمن مع قيمة التكنولوجيا محل عقد الترخيص. :Abstract Setting prices have a special importance in the international licensing contract, and it is one of the most complex subjects which contractors encounter during negotiation steps. In addition, it is considered as a crucial discussed point in negotiation since these contracts are characterized by an imbalance between contracting centers which have different position regarding a correspondence between the prices and .the values of the technologies which are subject of these contracts
