تحليل أثر صدمات أسعار النفط على متغيرات السياسة النقدية - مقاربة قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990/2020)

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو بيان أثر صدمات أسعار النفط على متغيرات السياسة النقدية خلال فترة 1990 - 2020 في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل وصفي وكمي بتقدير نموذج متجهات الانحدار الذاتي VAR، وذلك بالإعتماد على معطيات البنك الدولي ومنظمة الدول المصدرة للنفط. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن صدمة أسعار النفط الغير متوقعة تؤدي إلى زيادة في معدل التضخم وهذا ما يوافق النظرية الإقتصادية. كما توصلت إلى وجود تأثير ايجابي لتقلبات أسعار النفط على سعر الصرف الرسمي وتأثير سلبي على أسعار الفائدة الحقيقية. وبالتالي تأثير صدمات أسعار النفط في الجزائر إيجابي في حالة التقلب المرتفع وسلبي في حالة التقلب المنخفض. The main objective of this research is to figure out the impact of oil price shocks on monetary policy variables over the period 1980 to 2019, based on the vector auto-regression models (VAR), through a descriptive and quantitative analysis .based on the data of the World Bank and Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries. This study concluded that unexpected oil price shock is followed by an increase in inflation rate which is consistent with the economic theory. and a decline in official exchange rate and real interest rate in Algeria. It also found a positive impact of oil price fluctuation on the exchange rate and a negative impact of oil price fluctuation on the interest rates. Thus, the impact of oil price shocks in Algeria is positive in the case of high volatility and negative in the case of low volatility.
