القياس المحاسبي للاعتماد الايجاري في البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية دراسة حالة: مؤسستين جزائريتين (بحاسي مسعود) ورقلة

Résumé: تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى إحدى جوانب المحاسبة وهي محاسبة الاعتماد الايجاري، يحث يكتسي موضوع الدراسة أهميته من خلال توسيع آلية الاعتماد الايجاري كإحدى آليات التمويل المستحدثة، ودخلت السوق المالية والمصرفية الجزائرية في السنوات القليلة الماضية. للوصول إلى الأهداف وللإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة المتمثلة في إشكالية القياس المحاسبي للاعتماد الايجاري في البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية، تم استخدام منهج دراسة حالة على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بحاسي مسعود، وقد اعتمدنا على الدراسة المقارنة بين المؤسستين. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق تقنية الاعتماد الايجاري مماثلة في المؤسسات المستأجرة محل الدراسة ، إلا أا لا تتطابق مع ما جاء به النظام المحاسبي المالي من تسجيلات محاسبية والاعتراف بالأصل المؤجر في ميزانية المستأجر، كما توافقت الدراسة مع ما جاء به النظام المحاسبي المالي سواء في طريقة قياس الأصل المقتنى أو طريقة اهتلاكه. This study focuses on one aspect of accounting, accounting of leasing. The study focuses on the importance of the study by expanding the rental credit mechanism as one of the new financing mechanisms, It has entered the Algerian financial and banking market in the last few years. In order to reach the objectives and to answer the problem of the study of the problem of accounting measurement of the leasing in the Algerian accounting environment, a case study was used on a sample of economic institutions in Hassi Messaoud. We relied on the comparative study between the two institutions. The study concluded that the application of the rental credit method is identical in the rented establishments under study, but it does not match the accounting system of financial accounting records and recognition of the leased asset in the budget of the tenant. The study also coincided with the financial accounting system in the measurement method The acquired asset or the method of depreciation
