اختبار علاقة الادخار والاستثمار مع سعر الفائدة الحقيقي في الجزائر للفترة (1994-2014م) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ardl)

Résumé: استهدفت هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة مدى وجود علاقة مستقرة طويلة الأجل بين معدل الادخار ومعدل الاستثمار مع سعر الفائدة الحقيقي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1994-2014م) ، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك ارتباط ضعيف بين المتغيرات، كما توجد سببية ذات اتجاه واحد وضعيفة. من سعر الفائدة الحقيقي نحو الاستثمار، وفي اختبار التكامل المشترك تم التوصل إلى أن معدل سعر الفائدة الحقيقي متكامل من الدرجة الصفر، في حين معدل الاستثمار والادخار متكاملين من الرتبة الأولى من نفس الدرجة، لذلك تم استخدام طريقة اختبارات الحدود التي نتج عنها عدم وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين متغيري الادخار والاستثمار مع سعر الفائدة الحقيقي، وبالتالي غياب العلاقة التوازنية قد يرجع إلى طبيعة الاقتصاد الذي يعتمد على النفط كمصدر رئيسي للدخل. Abstract This paper aimed to investigate the existence of a long-term stable relationship between the saving rate and the investment rate with the real interest rate in algeria during the period (1994-2014). Where the results of the study revealed that there is a weak correlation between the variables, There is also a one-way, low-interest-rate causality towards investment, in the cointegration test it was found that the real interest rate is integrated from grade zero, while the investment and savings rate are integrated in the first class of the same degree, so the method of boundary tests was used which resulted in the absence of a long relationship Term savings and investment variables with the real interest rate and hence the absence of a balance-sheet relationship. This may be due to the nature of the economy, which relies on oil as the main source of income.
