الأمن المناخي : دراسة تأصيلية في المفهوم

Résumé: أصبح الأمن المناخي يشكل شاغلا دوليا يتسارع إلى مقدمة الاهتمام العالمي ، نتيجة التقاطع المقلق بين المناخ والأمن في الآونة الأخيرة ، ويعد تسليط الضوء على الأبعاد الأمنية لتغير المناخ على الأمن الإنساني، هدف الدراسة من أجل تعميق الفهم لفكرة الأمن المناخي والإلمام بجميع أبعادها . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن فكرة الأمن المناخي أصبحت تشكل بعدا أمنيا جديدا، ومفهوما واسعا لفكرة الأمن ،ومقتضى أساسي من مقتضيات الأمن والسلم في العالم، يتطلب تجسيدها رغم الصعوبات العملية، تحقيق التكامل بين الجهود الدولية ، وتبني استراتيجيات شاملة، تعكس أهمية التكيف والحد من التأثيرات السلبية لتغير المناخ، من أجل تحقيق الاستدامة المناخية والأمنية . Climate Security has émerges as a pressing global concern , accelerating to the forefront of international attention ,this is in response to the concerning intersection between climate and security in recent times,the study aims to illuminate the security dimensions of climate change on human security ,withe the goal of enhasing the understanding of the concept of climate security, and gaining insight into all its facets . The study concludes that the concept of climate security has evolved into a new security demension ,constituting a comprehensive understanding of security ,it aligns with the requistes of global security and peace ,nessisitating impementation despite practical challanges ,achieving integration between international efforts and addopting comprehensive strategies is crucial , reflecting the importance of adaptation .and mitigation of the negative impacts of climate change, to realize sustainability of climate and security
