الإصلاح التربوي الجزائري في ظل مناهج الجيل الثاني _ المزايا والمزالق_

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على الإصلاحات والتعديلات التي شهدتها المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية من خلال اعتماد مناهج الجيل الثاني، نظرا للضعف الذي أظهره الواقع الميداني في جودة التعليم والتعلم باعتماد المناهج السابقة، ويركز البحث على أهم مصطلحات الجيل الثاني، وذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية لأهم ما ورد عن اللجنة الوطنية للمناهج، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية تتكون من (42) أستاذا بمديرية التربية لولاية باتنة خلال الموسوم الدراسي 2019_2020 لتقييم مدى معرفتهم لدواعي التطوير وكذا استراتيجيات التدريس المعتمدة في ظله. This research aims to shed light on the reforms and amendments witnessed by the Algerian educational system through the adoption of second-generation curricula, given the weakness shown by the field reality in the quality of education and learning by adopting previous curricula, and the research focuses on the most important terms of the second generation, through an analytical study of official documents,a random sample of (42) teachers were chosen in the directorate of education of batna state during the academic year 2019_2020 for evaluation of a sample of primary education professors for it, And their knowledge of the reasons for development as well as the teaching strategies adopted under it
