Les Particules Phosphatées De La Région De Tébessa (est Algérien) : Etude Granulométrique, Morphoscopique Et Implication Sur La Phosphatogénèse
Résumé: This study aims to compare between the northern phosphorites represented by Dj. Kouif and the southern from the Kef Essenoun deposit on their granulometric and morphoscopic characteristics in order to reconstruct the conditions of phosphatogenesis. Phosphatic particles are represented by pellets, coprolites and bioclasts which show a variation of sizes and cement nature (carbonate, clayey and siliceous) from a level to another and from one locality to another. The granulometric and morphoscopic analysis revealed that Djebeb El Kouif's grains did not undergo a long displacement and they kept the original form. They are autochthonous, unlike those from the South of Tébessa phosphate particles’, where the granulometric curves are monomodal and grains are dull blunted to round, showing the long transport path. They confirm their allochthonous aspect (reworkings) of these particles. These results can be used to model the genesis of phosphates in these two sector
