Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إظهار دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين الاداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي عند التعرض لمختلف مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالأداء المالي، كما تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة التي وزعت على عينة من الموظفين الإداريين لبعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولايتي الأغواط وغرداية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك صلة حقيقية بين ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، وهذا من خلال التزام المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العمال والمجتمع والبيئة، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة البحث عن واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. The study aims at demonstrating the role of social responsibility in improving the financial performance of economic institutions, In order to achieve this, a descriptive and analytical approach was used when exposed to the different concept of social responsibility and its relation to financial performance, The questionnaire tool was distributed to a sample of administrative staff of some economic institutions in Laghouat and Ghardaia, the study concluded that there is a real link between the practice of social responsibility and improving the financial performance of the institution, and this through the commitment of Algerian economic institutions to social responsibility towards workers and society and The study also recommended the need to search for the reality of social responsibility in the Algerian economic institutions, while looking for ways to develop them and reduce the obstacles that prevent them.
